More than 20 years of work experience as Geologist. Have good experience in Leadership, planning management, Development geology, clastic and carbonate reservoir, Formation Evaluation, Reservoir monitoring, Geological control on drilling, Operation of running open hole and cased hole logging. Good experience in interpretation of open hole logging (Using GeoLog program) and Cased hole logging such as PLT interpretation of production and injection wells (Using Emeraude program) , also have good experience in geological modeling (using Petrel Program and LandMark DecisionSpaceGeoscience_10ep) and acceptable knowledge in reservoir simulation. I have been working as a team leader and then as a head of Geoscience Section: Work History 2019 to now: Work on PhD research at the University of Basrah, in addition to working as a lecturer in the College of Engineering / Petroleum Engineering Department 2010 t0 2019: Head of Geoscience Section at ExxonMobil & Iraq Ministry of Oil joint venture / Consist of five teams: Drilling Team, Petrophysics (FE), Operation Petrophysics, GeoModel & seismic) And Professor at Basra University / college of Engineering - Petroleum Engineering (Teaching well logs interpretation/ OpenHole & CasedHole logs) 2009 – 2010: • Assistant Head Of Production Geology Section • Leader of Production Geology Team • Involved with Chevron and Total company to Prepare a study on Majnoon and Nahr Umr Field 2003 -2007: leader of drilling team 2001/01 – 2003: Well site geologist .
